More recently in my professional life I have established several companies in various countries worldwide and developed them from a conceptual stage to efficient and effective exploration companies; in some instances, them being bought by public companies.

Examples include the acquisition in 2015 of Ulloa Recursos Naturales SAS in Colombia by Bezant Resources Plc in Colombia.

In 2021 my own Peruvian company, Luna Recursos Naturales SAC was acquired by CopperEx Resources Corporation, a private Canadian Junior recently listed in Canada: (TSXv:CUEX)

I helped establish and obtain licences for 2 private companies; a Peruvian Copper and Lithium company with 2 projects in southern Peru and an Argentinian hard rock Lithium company that has been recently acquired by Green Shift Commodities Ltd (TSXv)

As COO of Caerus Mineral Resources, I was brought in primarily to reorganise, retrain, and fast-track all Cyprus operations leading to the company’s maiden JORC compliant copper and gold resources. Left Caerus when the Board changed due to takeover by major shareholder.

In 1998-1999 I was part of the first team to re-discover and drill test, as part of Rio Tinto Africa-Europe team, the world class Simandou Iron Ore deposit, Guinea

We added 500,000 Oz of Au and base metals to Nyota Minerals Ltd / KEFI’s Tulu Kapi deposit, Ethiopia. Successfully vended to KEFI and now approaching production.

Discovered diamondiferous kimberlites including Blacktop Brothers, Australia, and several kimberlites and lamproites in India with Rio Tinto, De Beers, BHP-Nyota Minerals Ltd.

Discovery of economic, hard rock and detrital iron ore deposits, Rio Tinto, Pilbara, Western Australia

Professional Experience:

Includes project generation, management, and development (exploration, drill testing, small scale-trial mining and small-scale production phases) of mineral projects in Australia, India-Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe.
